Pain and suffering is impossible to precisely measure. There are a few things to keep in mind when trying to figure out what’s fair compensation
It will help if you can associate your pain and suffering with a dollar amount. What do you think your pain and suffering should be worth? The insurance adjuster will have their own view of how much your injuries are worth. You’re going to have to convince them that your amount is fair.
Sometimes your pain and suffering can only be partially put to a dollar amount. You can sometimes get the full amount of the damages that you requested for hard costs. They will only get the work done by working harder than normal. In this situation you can argue that part of your pain should be reimbursed by an amount comparable to your salary.
This won’t win everything but it will help with negotiations. You will want more compensation than just lost salary. But it’s still a useful tool to show the adjuster how the suffering is affecting you in areas outside of medical bills.
Pain and suffering and the way your life was affected by it increase the punitive damages. More damages will arise the longer the injury is left untreated, and damages increase with the number of areas in your life that are impacted. Damages will also increase if there is scaring or permanent injury.
Making up for the wrong doing in your life that resulted from the accident is what punitive damages are for. You will get more money the better you prove this point.
How much can you get for a scar? It depends on the effect of the scar. A young woman can have a lifetime of emotional suffering as a result of a scar on her face. An elderly man with an unseen scar on his back can’t make the damages seem as bad.
A scale of one to five can be used to rank pain and suffering after examining these factors. Use reality. The adjuster will assume you are trying to take advantage if you multiply a lower category of pain and suffering by five. If the adjuster thinks you’re artificially inflating the number there’s a good chance the judge will also think it.
The case has to be extreme but you can go above the five point scale. There cannot be any doubt and the defendant’s fault has to be clear. There has to be lasting effects and severe injury. Gross negligence almost always has to be the cause of the accident.

Depending on if you are a service profession or a product profession, we are beginning to have all of our new employees sign contracts stating that they will not take any information discovered during the course of work for use for their own personal gain subject to the severest of penalties. All information gained during employment belongs to the company. Having them sign some form of contract should deter any such action simply for retaliation.

For better or worse, more and more professional athletes are voicing their opinions about each other on Twitter, taking public things that often times should be kept private. I just used Google to look that up, so in the future so that you don't miss actual registration dates, I would do that. Online registration for the 2008 marathon began on September 5, 2007. You really need to get your information from an official source. I believe you have to qualify again by running in another marathon on or after September 29, 2007. I'm not positive about that, but it wouldn't make sense to allow a qualification from the year before. Here's where you can get your information. I'm sure there are other sources. But Google should have been the first place you went before coming to Yahoo! Answers.

According to the Constitution we are all entitled to a FAIR TRIAL and we are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BY A COURT OF LAW. Those are the founding principles of our legal system. Now if their client walked up to them and said yeah I'm a serial rapist then most wouldn't touch the case. However if they were ACCUSED that doesn't mean they did it. You also have women that scream rape because they wished they hadn't given consent. As I said if the lawyer knew the person was guilty and defended them and tried to keep them out of jail I'd agree there is something wrong with that, but if the lawyer was doing their job then that is their job. In the end yeah they really do it for the money.

No doctor has ever promised me 100% without a doubt that vaccines DO NOT cause autism. Nobody has promised me that they would take responsibility if my child were to be injured. I'm a skeptic. Truly though I respect parents who study the material, and even though they might make a different choice than I would, I feel that it is their choice to make.
The only thing that I do wish is that they could manufacture vaccines without formaldehyde, antibiotics, human diploid cells, monkey cells, ect. I feel like the government should be working towards safer alternatives for creating vaccinations. There are enormous problems in the manufacturing process. Remember the recent HIB recall?
I'm morally opposed to using aborted fetal tissue in vaccines, so my biggest concern is not really Autism, but the over all process of vaccine manufacturing, and marketing.

When you notarize something you are not specifying that the item that was signed is true, you are saying that the signature of the person was put there by the person you saw sign it.
I do not know why she does not want to write her own letter but she can certainly hire someone to compose a letter for her and that person could be you.
Many school districts have form letters for this kind of thing. If every person going to school had to write their own letter, and get the landlord to sign it the school district would go batty trying to read all the different letters.

Neutering reduces a male dog’s desire to roam (often over long distances) to find female dogs in heat, and altering can somewhat reduce a dog’s energy level. Altering does not make dogs lazy. Altered dogs are as playful and energetic as intact dogs.
Altering changes a dog’s personality
The only personality changes that result from spaying or neutering are the positive changes described above—no roaming, less tendency to mark territory, and less aggression. Aside from these changes, your dog will be no less like himself than humans are after undergoing vasectomy or oneutering(removal of the ovaries).
