Indy Area: Please recommend a Workers Compensation Lawyer?
I’m looking for a good reputable Workers Compensation lawyer for my sister in the Indianapolis area. If you can recommend a lawyer, that would be great. She would appreciate any contact information you can pass on. She is also interested in a lawyer that would not charge a fee for a consultation.
We know we could use the yellow pages or do an internet search, but we are trying to get a good recommendation. Should you recommend a lawyer, please tell us why you are suggesting them.

I recommend Keller & Keller for an injury compensation law office. I’ve never personally been involved with them, but friends who have have passed their name onto me in case the situation ever arose. They’re local, right in Indy, and so they’re better at understanding the surrounding conditions and environments. Also, as you asked, they have a free consultation and “no-pressure” case evaluation. Get a Lawyer! The other guy's insurance co. is going to pay the least they can. An attorney will protect you from that. You can only collect as much as the other guy is insured for, unless it was a kid and has insurance through his parents policy. An attorney will take apprx. 1/3 of what you get. Please make sure you have no spine injuries…..get some x-rays. I am disabled from a rear end accident. A word to the wise….
