Is there come compromise between the $3500 the insurance company is offering and the $5000 you want?? The insurance company may want to go to court as they may feel they will prevail at a hearing and you will get nothing at all. If you case is weak, the insurance company could prevail. Especially if you had some negligence in the injury such as not wearing a seat belt or you were on your cell phone. Keep discussing settlement with the adjuster, being persistent can sometimes get the result you want.

Beautiful Autumn Forests of Hot Springs National Park 2010
Spring 2011 is producing a series of spring storms that have made it dangerous to enter the park and hike. Currently we have a warning for Tornadoes, Thunder Storms and Flooding that is set to last another 36 hours. The last time this past week it was safe to hike was Earth Day as it was only Raining with wind and Fog. The lush greenery beckons me but with each boom of Thunder and flash of Lightning I am content to stay in and watch the show from the safety of my window. We are listening for the sirens

A wave-cut platform, or shore platform is the narrow flat area often seen at the base of a sea cliff or along a large lake shore caused by the action of waves. Wave-cut platforms are often most obvious at low tide when they become visible as huge areas of flat rock. Sometimes the landward side of the platform is covered by sand, forming the beach, and then the platform can only be identified at low tides or when storms move the sand.

Since your so young I would call your dentist ask for a consult and a panorex x-ray. (X-ray that shows your entire skull. Ask him about a night guard or muscle relaxers to take at night to stop you from clenching.
