They always say “Attorney at Law.” Are there attorneys at anything else?
I’ve never heard of an “attorney at insurance” or an “attorney at finance” or any other kind of attorney. Was there ever any kind of attorney besides the attorney at law?

Good old wiki says that “Attorney at Law” is the official name for a Lawyer in some countries.

It’s from old French – aturn, meaning “one appointed.” If you hold a power of attorney, no matter your training in law, you sign your name “as attorney in fact.”
So, yes, there are other kinds of attorney.

In my opinion , there are many kinds of laws like “law of finance” or “law of insurance” etc.
You can also call them “attorney at law of insurance” or “attorney of law of finance” if you like.
And the abbreviation is “attorney at law”.

The two types of pond scum-I mean attorneys that I’ve had the torture-I mean pleasure of hiring were real estate attorneys and divorce attorneys.
Both fine examples of human leeches-I mean the legal system.
While technically, they are supposedly skilled in all areas of the Law, they usually specialize in only a couple of aspects of it, such as Family Law or Real Estate Law.
Perhaps they should integrate their specialize fields in their titles, such as “Attorney at Family Law” or “Attorney at Real Estate Law.”
But either way, they’ll still be blood suckers, in my humble opinion..

Attorney at law distinguishes the person from an attorney in fact. They may be the same person but usually, they are not.

1. Find a qualified guitar instructor and buy a beginner's guitar chord book having basic music theory.
2. Have your instructor show the good habits to form in building chords and playing them, how to string a guitar, how to take care of your instrument, and how to tune it.
3. As you learn and practice forming various chords ask your instructor to teach you the basics of music theory.
4. As you progress, ask the instructor to help you in:
a. Chord progression
b. Key transposition
c. How to determine the key signatures in music.
d. Writing basic music notation.
e. Playing rhythm as he plays melodies and vice versa.
f. Learning the Chromatic Scale with chords and notes.
5. Practice rhythm and strumming techniques–both striking the fundamental bass tone and strumming down and then back up. Practice fingerstyle methods of right picking different strings in chord backup.
6. Keep your instrument clean and in good shape. Treat it better than you would your own body. Keep your hands clean and dry while playing. That cuts back on oily residues.
7. Watch other guitarists and their technique or style. Copy their methods up to the point of forming your own style.
And finally, your fingertips may hurt terribly at using nylon strings until you can build the calluses on them. Until then, you must endure hours of practice. If you don't have the motivation and strong will to work past the problem of sore fingertips you will never be a guitarist

If you remember all the way back to a week ago, you will remember that we were left with quite the cliffhanger. Ishida was attacked by a mysterious, fast running stranger who ended up cleaving Ishida’s arm right off. (and of course I would do the same thing if I was suddenly being chased by a Quincy.) How will Ichigo react to this sudden turn of events? Let’s find out. THE GOOD Orihime is the first one to be notified about Ishida’s unfortunate accident. She quickly calls Ichigo, and they both go visit him in the hospital. I don’t why she called though, because she knows more than anyone what he will do to help a friend out, and without powers Ichigo is pretty helpless at the moment. Ishida’s father is the one who tended to his son’s injury, and he isn’t happy that he lost. Ishida has nothing of it, and decides he does not want to talk about this incident to anyone, especially his father. The doctor sends Ichigo home, and tells Orihime that he will give her a ride home because he is a…

The property manager has to give you the number of the district manager if requested by you as a renter, Then she in return calls your manager to find out why the problem isn't being resolved! Be polite and maybe throw in I really like it here but can my unresolved problem be a way of breaking my lease and see if it continues then.

If you have carpeting, you can usually tuck them into the bottom of the baseboard where the carpet meets it. Otherwise, most home centers like Home Depot or Office Depot stores sell wiring channels for that purpose to hide wiring.

I personally carry around sketchbooks of various sizes around wherever I go along with a digital camera. This way I can document everything that inspires me or intrigues me. If I find any sort of physical object I find interesting I go ahead and paste it into the notebook as well. Once a notebook gets filled up I put it up on my shelf and move on to the next one, and every once in awhile I sit down and flip through them and see if anything comes to mind.
This system has worked for me, and I personally don't know of any computer program that has the flexibility of the system that I'm using. It's not the most organized system in the world, but it works, and I personally think you should stick with what works for you regardless of how messy it may be.

My grandfather was a career IBM man, and special officer during WW2. He was tasked with retrieving captured Hollerith punch cards from the Nazi for use in prosecution. He was on the beaches on D-day and followed the front line as they pushed towards Berlin. I know from my grandfather that IBM regretted any business with the Nazi. If you wish to believe IBM was pro Nazi, that’s a right he fought for. Under your argument; if you buy gas U supported the US war in Iraq.

I recommend using real ingredients like milk, milk/chocolate, vanilla ice cream. I would also use a smoother liquor like rum instead of vodka because its usually based from sugar cane.
Allot of the store bought mixers contain allot of preservatives that have an artificial after taste. (gross!)
In the future try to hand make your drinks using natural recipes. You wont have as much left overs and you can use the ingredients for other recipes.

One thing’s for certain about a half-term holiday “” they’re over all too quickly. Given the modern, highly-pressured environments that our schools have become, children well deserve their weeks away from those demands, when they can have the chance to let off some steam, and rediscover what it’s like not to have their lives ruled by clocks and timetables. Come to think of it, we all deserve a break from that kind of discipline every now and again; a time when there are no buses or trains to rush for, no competing priorities to get jobs done for a set time “” and definitely no tearing our hair out, sat in a traffic jam. That’s why one of the best ways to spend a school half-term holiday is at a family holiday resort. The only timetabl … half term holidays, new year holidays

There is an announcement coming next week from Cupertino. While, there is a slight possibility that it will be about the death of the iPod Nano, it is far more likely that Apple is going to announce much-anticipated iPhone 5. Anything else would be shocking. We do not play the iPhone rumor game much at ReadWriteWeb. It is impossible to keep up with and we do not really like to speculate on things like Gorilla Glass or the speed of ARM processors. What we do like is to cover how iOS 5 will change the Apple platform and what new software Apple is cooking up to change our lives. What do you want in the iPhone 5? Check out the infographic below and let us know in the comments. Sponsor One surprising tidbit about iOS 5 is that the final beta version, the “Gold Master,” is not yet in the wild. A select group of preferred developers may have it, but Apple has not released the final version to the entire ecosystem yet. The infographic below shows that most iPhone users have between five and…
